How to Use
On a sunbed:
Apply evenly over the entire body up to 10 minutes before your session. For best coverage, start at the feet and blend upwards using circular motions.
For outdoor tanning:
- Apply your SPF at least 20 minutes before sun exposure
- Layer Adrenaline Rush™ immediately before tanning
- Reapply both SPF and tanning lotion every 2 hours, or more frequently if swimming, sweating or towel drying
